Quality, reactivity, flexibility

Our precision engineering department focuses on two complementary areas of expertise.

The first is the design, manufacturing and maintenance of tooling for our plastic injection molding and metal stamping departments. By keeping these capabilities in-house, we ensure a high degree of independence, excellent responsiveness and reliable maintenance of our production tooling.

The second is subcontract manufacturing of precision mechanical components for customers across a wide range of industries. Thanks to the versatility of our employees, our comprehensive range of equipment and our flexible organization, we can respond quickly to diverse manufacturing requirements, from individual components and prototypes to large production runs.

Our machine park includes modern 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centers, as well as multi-axis and multi-spindle CNC turning and milling centers, enabling us to manufacture complex components with high precision and efficiency.

To further strengthen our high-volume production capabilities, we have also integrated two CNC automatic lathes with a bar capacity of up to Ø 32 mm.

Our equipment is complemented by wire and sinker EDM machines for manufacturing complex geometries, as well as surface and cylindrical grinding machines and honing equipment for high-precision finishing operations.

In addition, our laser marking equipment enables component identification and traceability in accordance with our customers' requirements.

This combination of expertise, advanced technologies and manufacturing flexibility makes our precision engineering department a reliable and responsive partner, capable of supporting our customers in their most demanding projects.

  • 4 three-axis CNC machining centers

  • 4 single-spindle CNC lathes

  • 2 swiss bar turning machines up to Ø32 mm
