Quality, reactivity, flexibility

The machining department has several missions. Its first is the design, manufacture and maintenance of tooling for the company's plastic injection and stamping operations.

Secondly, the sub-contracted manufacture of machined parts mainly for machine-tool manufacturers. The machining workshop enjoys great flexibility and possesses a wide range of equipment to enable it to meet the requirements from other sectors of activity. Due to its structure, it is extremely reactive, so that it is possible to have ongoing round-the-clock production.

It uses modern, 3 and 5 axis CNC machine systems and CNC lathes which can cope with high production runs and also produce small run parts.  Wire and die-sinking EDM machines complete the park, providing the resources to undertake the most complex of operations.

It is generally equipped with surface and cylindrical grinding machines for finishing operations and a homing machine.
